Guidelines for Refunds and Dispute Resolution

This policy explains the eligibility criteria for refunds and the process for resolving disputes.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

Refunds are not available for completed services or digital goods once delivered.

2. Timeframes for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge was incorrect, please contact contact@jkindrix.dev before filing a dispute with your payment provider.

Stripe disputes will be handled according to their standard policies, and cooperation in providing relevant documentation may be required.
